Provide counseling to youth ages 3-21 and their families in the home or in community.
Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
Collaborate with care managers.
Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPS) Pros of the Job!:
Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours Access to free CEUs Weekly Clinical Supervision available for higher licensure Weekly/Monthly supervision provided by Fully licensed clinicians Position Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be willing to provide services in the home or in the community with proper PPE.
Computer literate Trauma informed Experience working with DD population / Substance Abuse a plus but not required TF CBT knowledge a plus but not required Child Centered Play Therapy a Plus but not required Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills.
